The American Society for Quality (ASQ) is a knowledge-based global community of quality professionals, with nearly 80,000 members dedicated to promoting and advancing quality tools, principles, and practices in their workplaces and communities.
The local chapter of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) has established a scholarship fund for middle school, high school students that are interested in learning how to adapt quality controls and quality practices into their future. Scholarship recipients will receive free training on how to implement quality tools – like 5S, LEAN, Six-Sigma, checksheets, etc – at home and in the workplace. This scholarship provides a six-month membership to MIXXER and one training session per month with ASQ members.
Applications are accepted in March and August
